What is the College Chapter Program?
Following the sorority model, our Empire is made up of college chapters on campuses across the nation.
Our goal is to redefine the “starving artist” myth with community building & professional development.
What kind of events are hosted?
1-HR Monthly Nationwide Roundtables
On the first Sunday of the month, 100+ chapter members join our nationwide Zoom. We offer Professional Development with a mentor in the format of Q/A or Lecture as well as community-building in break out rooms to meet Our Empire.
Redefine: The Professional Development Crash-Course
In this 4-week series, we build accountability towards our goals as multi-hyphenates. Redefine 1.0 is geared towards First-years and Sophomores focused on Finding your Why, Dance Resumes, Dance Reels, and Websites. Redefine 2.0 is geared towards Juniors and Seniors focused on exploring side-hustles, Business Resumes, LinkedIn, and Interviewing.
The Mentor Network
The Mentor Network is designed to connect industry professionals with aspiring college artists across our chapters. Each student will be paired with a mentor of their choice to support their career exploration and self development.
