Tamisha A. Guy

Tamisha A. Guy, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, began her formal dance training at Ballet Tech, under the direction of Eliot Feld. Later she attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, and SUNY Purchase College as a double major in dance and arts management. In 2013 Guy graduated with honors from SUNY Purchase College and joined the Martha Graham Dance Company shortly after. In 2016 Guy was selected as one of Dance Magazine' Top 25 to Watch and she also received the 2016 Princess Grace Award. In 2017, she was named one of the Best Dancer's of the Year by Dance Europe. Tamisha currently dances with A.I.M, under Artistic Direction of Kyle Abraham, and formerly an Adjunct Professor at SUNY Purchase College and Western Washington University.

Abbey Kowalec

Originally from a small town in Connecticut, Abbey began dancing at the young of three. Training in all disciplines, with a concentration in classical ballet, she attended various studios and summer intensives, including SLK Ballet, ABT, Alvin Ailey, and the Rockettes Summer Intensive. A magna cum laude graduate of Marymount Manhattan College Abbey received her BFA in Dance with a double concentration in Ballet and Modern Dance. Following graduation, Abbey acquired her first professional job as a Knicks City Dancer performing at Madison Square Garden. While a part of KCD she was able to work with world-renowned choreographers, such as Mandy Moore, Val Chmerkovskiy, Bobby Newberry, Tracey Shibatta, and Ashley Everett. As a part of the Knicks City Dancers she also performed in numerous halftime performances with varying musical artists, such as T-Pain and Ashanti. In the fall of 2019 Abbey began her first season as a Radio City Rockette for the iconic Christmas Spectacular, where she also had the opportunity to represent the Rockette brand for printed and televised interviews. Outside of professional dance, Abbey is also a fitness-instructor and model for Bella Agency, where she has booked commercials for Kay Jewelers and Fox's Fosse Verdon series.

Morgan Harrison

Morgan Harrison is absolutely thrilled to be joining the We Are Queens team! She has performed around the world at multiple regional theatres, cruise ships, tv/film, and national tours. Her Broadway credits include Mean Girls and Beetlejuice. She’s so excited to bring her knowledge and experience to empower and inspire young QUEENS!

Lauren Manning 

Originally from Pennsylvania, Lauren Renck Manning was a scholarship student at the Pennsylvania Governor’s School for the Arts. She continued her dance education at Elon University and earned a B.F.A. in Dance Performance & Choreography. Lauren has studied at various training programs including the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, the Rockette Summer Intensive, Code 3 with Complexions Contemporary Ballet, and the American College Dance Festival. For seven holiday seasons, Lauren has performed as a Rockette in The Christmas Spectacular starring the Rockettes. She has worked with Tony Award-winning choreographer, Warren Carlyle, in the preproduction of The New York Spring Spectacular. She has also appeared on NBC's July 4th Fireworks Spectacular performing the work of Emmy Award-winning choreographer Mia Michaels. Lauren has appeared with the Rockettes on the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, LIVE! With Kelly and Ryan, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, and The Today Show. When she is not performing, Lauren is a guest instructor, teaching at studios across the U.S. including Millennium Dance Complex Pittsburgh and the Colorado Ballet Society. Lauren is an ABT® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 the ABT® National Training Curriculum. In addition to performing and teaching Lauren works at Dance Media, publisher of Dance Magazine, Dance Spirit, Dance Teacher, Pointe, Dance Business Weekly, and The Dance Edit. Lauren founded Stagesmith Dance Training™ to share her love and knowledge of the industry with dancers across the country.

Ramita Ravi

Ramita Ravi is a professional dancer, choreographer, and educator in NYC. She graduated from UPenn and is currently signed with Bloc Talent Agency. Highlights of her performance career include Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, New York Fashion Week with Hermès, TNT’s “I Am The Night” Premier, So You Think You Can Dance (Season 14), Viceland, NOWThis, Lincoln Center, ClassPass Live, “Aida” (Engeman Theater), and Mystic India: The World Tour. As a choreographer and producer, she’s worked with artists such as KSHMR (US Tour) and Raveena (US Tour, NPR’s Tiny Desk), as well as DanceOn, Lincoln Center, Capezio and the Philadelphia Museum of Art. She is on faculty with various conventions and competitions and has taught at Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey Extension, Columbia University, and the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. She co-founded Project Convergence, a company uniting tap and Classical Indian Dance, as well as Artswrk - a professional networking site for artists and creatives. She is one of few South Asian professional dancers in the industry, and is blazing trails for more diversity in the arts.
