Tal Kamin
President
Tal is a 20-year old artist and entrepreneur, committed to empowering herself and others to celebrate life. Born in Israel, she moved to New Jersey at 7 years old and spent her teen years training at Broadway Dance Center's Children and Teen Program alongside intensives with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre, Paul Taylor Dance Company, The Rockettes, and Batsheva Dance. At 15, she began dancing professionally with freelance modern companies and leading the marketing teams of start-up firms. She graduated from the University of Michigan, with a dual degree in Dance and Economics. She is ecstatic to intersect her passions for art and business to spark change, bring people together, and spread positivity.
ElleAnna Casterline
Director of Operations
ElleAnna Casterline is a Detroit-based artist and marketing maven. She recently graduated from the University of Michigan with a BFA in Dance and a BA in Communication & Media studies. Passionate about empowering dancers to find confidence in their careers, ElleAnna seeks to create mental health awareness and human empowerment in the dance industry. As the Director of Operations, she oversees our nationwide Monthly Roundtable programming and our Mentor Network for our 50+ college chapters, cultivating enabling conversations and supportive relationships.
Allie Burns
Director of People
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Allie Burns graduated from the University of Michigan with a BFA in Interarts Performance; with that, in her senior year she became a published illustrator, and earned the Integrated Project Written Thesis Award for her one-woman show, “Marys Anonymous”!. Allie is now a current performer and visual artist in New York City who has worked with and learned from companies such as the Pittsburgh CLO and the Prague Shakespeare Company! As Director of People for We Are Queens, Allie is passionate about promoting individuality and self acceptance through her art as well as holding space for self expression!
Kelly Parr
Director of Recruitment
Kelly Parr is a graduate of Point Park University with a BFA in Dance and a Minor in Business Management. She is passionate about arts advocacy and is proud to work in arts management, facilitating performances in western Maryland. Kelly is excited to explore with and help educate her peers on the intersection between art and business. As Director of Recruitment she works towards cultivating a community of Queens across the country and be a welcoming point of contact for all our members.
Tiffani Britton
Director of Partnerships
Tiffani is a Rider University graduate with experiences in radio, marketing, and strategy. She has since worked in new business and public relations for industries spanning wellness, solar, technology, sports, and food & beverage. As Director of Partnerships for WAQ, she seeks new opportunities for brand collaborations that ultimately support programming such as the NYC Retreat and Camp Queens.
Tiffani is now a dance teacher and actively pursues auditions and performances opportunities — she always says that dance is her first love. She spends her free time choreographing new pieces, trying out new coffee shops, and hanging out with her cat, Taco!
Jen Rivera
Director of Marketing
Jennifer is a Point Park University graduate with a BFA in Dance and minors in Biology and Digital Marketing. Passionate about creating connections through storytelling, beyond dance performance, she has worked as a marketing/social media intern for various companies including A.I.M by Kyle Abraham and Pip’s Travel. As Director of Marketing, she aims to foster a engaged and connected Queens community online and share our stories with our members, mentors, & beyond!
Caity Eng
Marketing Business Intern
Caity is a 17-year old social media manager from New Jersey. She loves cheering, dancing, and performing in musical theatre shows. This is her 3rd year apart of We Are Queens, having moved up from her position as a Youth Ambassador & Marketing Team member. Caity is a gymnastics coach, content manager, and marketing intern. Caity is also a content creator and Nordstrom ambassador. Caity is estatic to join the WAQ Team for another year!
